Who is responsible

This website is operated by Second Look Advisory, an independent practice run by Miles Oliver. For any privacy questions, email hello@secondlookadvisory.co.uk.

What data is collected

The site does not collect any personal data automatically. There are no cookies, no analytics scripts, and no contact forms. The only personal data received is what you choose to include when you email hello@secondlookadvisory.co.uk— for example your name, email address, project address, and any plans, quotes or photographs you attach.

How your data is used

Your data is used only to respond to your enquiry and, if you proceed, to deliver the review service you have asked for. It is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

How long data is kept

Information is kept only for as long as needed to handle your enquiry or carry out ongoing work, and is then deleted. If a project does not go ahead, any associated emails and attachments are removed within a reasonable period.

Third-party processors

The website is hosted via Lovable, which uses Supabase infrastructure to serve the site. Email is handled through Google Workspace. Both may process data as part of providing their services, and both operate under their own privacy policies.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data held about you, and to object to or restrict how it is used. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@secondlookadvisory.co.uk.

If you are unhappy with how your data is handled, you also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

Changes to this policy

This policy will be updated if the site later adds analytics, cookies, a contact form, or any other feature that collects personal data automatically. The last-updated date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.
