• Your name and email address.
• The location you enter or pin in First Check, and any plot boundary you draw.
• Report records (what was checked, when, and the result).
• A payment reference from Stripe (we never see or hold your card details).
• The content of enquiries you send us.
• Files you share with us during consultancy work.

• Contract — to supply purchases and consultancy work you ask for.
• Legitimate interests — to keep the site secure and prevent fraud and abuse.
• Consent — for any marketing. We only send marketing if you have opted in.

• Stripe — takes card payments.
• Supabase — stores enquiries, report records and order records.
• Resend — sends our emails, such as enquiry acknowledgements.
• Google Workspace — our email inbox and documents.
• Lovable — hosts the website.
• Umami — cookieless, aggregate website analytics.

Some processors may handle data outside the UK. Where they do, the transfer is protected by UK adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement / Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, as provided in each processor's terms.

Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, to have it moved to another provider, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@secondlookadvisory.co.uk. We will reply within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. We would appreciate the chance to put things right first.
