Expenses
At cost and agreed in advance — 45p per mile driving, rail at standard fare, plus parking, tolls, congestion and ULEZ charges and accommodation where applicable.
Cancellation
50% within five working days of the visit, 100% within 48 hours.
Access
If the site cannot be accessed on arrival the fee stands, and a further visit is charged as a new booking.
Payment
Fixed fees on delivery of the report, retainers monthly in advance. No work starts without a written scope agreed first.
